My career has taken me through healthcare, education, commercial construction, industrial services, and small-business consulting. That diverse background has allowed me to work with everyone from local business owners and contractors to school districts, healthcare systems, and national organizations. In every industry, I have learned the same lesson: business development is ultimately about people.
I have helped companies organize their sales efforts, enter new markets, build valuable partnerships, and turn trusted relationships into measurable revenue. I have also seen talented businesses struggle—not because they lack potential, but because they need greater focus, stronger systems, and someone willing to roll up their sleeves and help move opportunities forward.
That is the role I love to play: connector, strategist, problem-solver, and committed partner in someone else’s growth.
Wherever You Are Planted… Bloom
Bloom Business Development was born during one of the most uncertain seasons of my life.
After years of dedicating myself to helping companies grow, building meaningful relationships, and generating millions of dollars in revenue, I suddenly found myself without the position into which I had poured so much of myself. On the drive home, unsure of what would come next, I passed a church sign that read:
“Wherever God has you planted… Bloom.”
That message stayed with me. What initially felt like an ending slowly began to look like an opportunity—to take everything I had learned, every relationship I had built, and every challenge I had overcome and use them to create something of my own.
Bloom was built on the belief that businesses do not always need to start over to grow. Sometimes they need someone to recognize their potential, bring structure to their ideas, open the right doors, and help them move forward with purpose.
Today, Bloom is more than a business development consultancy. It is my commitment to helping businesses and people grow wherever they are planted. That commitment extends beyond revenue and into the community, because I believe business success is most meaningful when it creates opportunities for others.
What began during a dark and uncertain moment has become a company rooted in resilience, relationships, service, and the belief that where you are planted does not have to determine how far you can grow.

I believe the strongest business growth begins with genuine relationships, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. People want to work with businesses they trust—and trust cannot be manufactured through a sales script.
My approach begins with understanding where a company is today, where its leadership wants to go, and what may be preventing it from getting there. From there, I help create the structure, strategy, and relationships needed to turn potential into progress.
I do not believe in handing clients a plan and walking away. I believe in working alongside them—opening doors, strengthening systems, solving problems, and helping move opportunities forward. When I partner with a business, I become personally invested in its success.
